Initiate Your Request
Log into your PENTAX account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all lenses, batteries, cables, manuals, and promotional items that were originally included.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
